Release readiness — whether the environment can absorb Microsoft's next update without breaking.
Licensing — assigned versus used, and whether the mix is optimal.

A written report with findings evidenced against what we observed, each rated by business impact and remediation effort, and sequenced into an actionable plan. We separate the items that are genuinely urgent from those that are merely untidy, because conflating the two is how remediation plans stall.
We also present the findings to your leadership team and answer questions directly. The report is yours regardless of what you decide to do next.
